Searched forever to find this size of storage basket with a LID!! I used it for a child's Christmas gifts....and also, something aesthetically pleasing that "Mommy" could keep for extra storage(as depicted). Truly beautiful and incredibly well made!! Nothing "flimsy" about this gorgeous basket!! Dimensions are exactly as stated. The handle on the lid is tightly secured with heavy duty screws.....has a solid wooden bottom and very sturdy weaving. Was able to fill with several stuffed animals, some books and, a blanket inside...with room to spare. Also, has a very pleasant "fragrance"....? (Woven baskets often have a weird, "chemical" smell but, this item smells lovely.) Additionally, Seller shipped very quickly, and item was double boxed to prevent damage. Worth every penny and I highly recommend!!*Including photo of how I "wrapped" it, lol.....a basket vs gift box can make a wonderful presentation, if you're so inclined?! :)
